CUB SCOUT DAY CAMP 2008
Starts Monday!!!

Adult Volunteers- please arrive by 7:30 a.m. each day (Monday - Friday)

Cub Scouts should arrive each day and be signed in by their parents at their son’s Den area in the Main Exhibition Hall between 7:45 and 8:00 a.m. After 8:00 a.m., please sign your son in at the Administration table.

ADULT & YOUTH VOLUNTEERS and CUB SCOUT PARENTS: If a Volunteer or Cub Scout will be late or absent from Day Camp during any day, please call and inform us at the CAMP LATE OR ABSENTEE HOTLINE: 410-206-9709.

Camp shirts have been distributed to representatives of all Packs except for the following Packs: Pack 62, 360, 432, 522, 761, 762, 827, 1111 and 1702.

FOR THE ABOVE PACKS, and only the above Packs, please send one representative from your pack to the Main Exhibition Hall at the Howard County Fairgrounds on SUNDAY, June 22 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to pick up the shirts for your Pack. Please do not send all the parents from the Pack to pick up the shirts as they have already been bundled by pack.

ALL OTHER PACKS: A representative of your Pack already collected your shirts. Please contact your Pack Coordinator if you have not received your Camp shirts.

Cub Scouts must wear their Camp T-shirt or, if not available, their Cub Scout uniform shirt at all times while in Camp (this is for safety and security reasons).

PARENTS: You may deliver any required medications for your child to the Camp Health Officer, Ms. McGuire, in the Main Exhibition Hall between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 22. Parents that wish to make changes to the list of adults authorized to sign-in or sign-out your child may do so in the Main Exhibition Hall on Sunday, 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. Please see the below Parents Guide for the preparations needed for your Day Camper.

SUNDAY is Camp set-up day. We would greatly appreciate help with camp set-up from our Day Camp parents. Set-up begins at 9:00 a.m. and usually is completed by about 3 p.m.

Cub Scout den and Adult Volunteer assignments may be viewed by downloading this Excel spreadsheet. Contact your Pack Coordinator information for more information. Only first names are listed here due to privacy concerns.

Training for Youth Volunteers will be provided as follows:
Youth Volunteers 10 years of age and older: Sunday, June 22, 2008, 12 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Main Exhibition Hall at the Howard County Fairgrounds, unless otherwise specified by the station manager.
